Lahore: The Punjab Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert regarding rising water levels in the River Sutlej, warning residents of possible flood conditions.
The Indian High Commission has informed Pakistan about the heightened flood situation downstream of Harike and Firozpur on the Sutlej River.
In light of this, PDMA has urged the public to exercise caution and strictly follow government instructions to ensure safety amid the developing flood threat.
