Judicial Duties Continue Seamlessly

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s appointment comes at a critical time to maintain the smooth functioning of the apex court.

His experience and seniority within the Supreme Court bench make him a fitting choice for the temporary responsibility.

His tenure as acting CJP concluded on June 6.

The legal community has welcomed Justice Shah’s return and appointment, highlighting his reputation for fairness, legal insight, and institutional integrity.

Chief Justice to Return After Eid

Chief Justice Yahya Afridi is expected to return to Pakistan on the fourth day of Eid-ul-Azha, June 10.

This temporary change underlines the judiciary’s preparedness and resilience in maintaining its operational structure during key national and religious events.
